1. How do I book?

2. How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
You can book anytime however bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can contact us on the day as we may have availability.

3. How much does it cost?
May vary depending on your intended use or location.

4. What does the price include?
All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, a small charge will need to be added for deliveries over our 10 mile radius. You will also receive a blower, extension cable, circuit breaker and mat, the price also includes set up, inflation and collection. If you require a generator a £20.00 charge will be made, price includes a full tank of petrol, if petrol is not required the charge will be £10.00 please inform us on booking.

5. When are your bouncy castles available?
Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round including Bank Holidays.

6. How long do I get the equipment for?

7. Do you hire overnight?
Yes, see Castles for information. However our insurance only covers up to the age of 15. We take no responsibility for anyone over this age.

8. Do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required.

9. How do I pay?
Most people choose to pay cash on delivery, we do not accept credit card payments and cheque payments need to be received in sufficient time for funds to clear before the booking date. Please make cheques payable to Mr I P Rowlands.

10. What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at anytime, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible. If no notice is given you will incur a £20.00 cancellation fee.

11. What if it rains?
Unfortunately the bouncy castles cannot be operated in wet conditions due to safety reasons. No charge will be made under these cicumstances.

12. Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
No this is not possible however if it is a very slight slope it may be ok, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking.

13. How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack away the inflatable?
The bouncy castles take approx 10 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack away.

14. How much space is needed?
You will need to allow a minimum of 4 feet at the rear of the castle for access to the blower and 2 feet either side. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, debris etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited.

15. When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?
We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply ( if your not using the generator).

16. Do you supply safety instructions?
